The earlier artifact remains byte-for-byte in git custody so its provenance can be audited. It is not part of the current public reading surface and is not being presented as established mathematics, physics, medicine, or a complete account of reality.

Withholding is reversible. Re-publication requires a named source owner, explicit evidence tier, rival account, discriminator, kill criterion, and an independent review appropriate to the claim.

The current project remains evidence-open: a model is not the territory, and a preserved record is not an endorsement.
