Possible power and the Rosetta Stone
D5 possibility becomes actionable only through D4 power. Φ names D5 possible power: the structured potential of an option field. V names D4 actual power: embodied capability and usable means. A present model evaluates the first and couples it to the second; an unrealized future never acts by itself.
Claim boundary
Typed form: V₄ is D4 actual power; Φ₅ is D5 possible power; Φ̂₄ is its present D4 estimate. After a declared common ordinal normalization, P_node := min(Φ̂₄, V₄) is the selected AND-class working convention: it preserves bottleneck order but supplies no metric, so subtraction, differentiation, ratios, and interpersonal cardinal comparison are not licensed. Historical Φ̂₄V₄ and ΦV now name conjunction only; product ranking is retired unless a separate cardinal scale is defended. Lowercase φ and ν remain chart coordinates. Their chart product is the CONSTRAINT and marks nothing: phi times nu equals one at every latitude including both poles. What marks the equator is the SUM, phi plus nu, which is at least 2 with equality exactly when phi equals nu — the AM-GM inequality. An earlier reading used minus-log of the chart product as an energy; that quantity is identically zero and was withdrawn 2026-07-30.

The primary transformation axis is constrain, remove, enable, commit, create, dissolve, and preserve. G7 is a separate symbolic reading over possible and actual power: four symbols are transfer moves and three are read-only Titan-frame projections.

The names do not decide moral standing. Authorization, affected bearers, cost, and outcome receipts judge actual acts. The Titans are boundary roles, not D5 agents or arithmetic operands.
