Prepare material you would be willing to make public. Keep names, secrets and private information out of the draft. Downloading a draft submits nothing and creates no review or claim-tier upgrade. Public submission is unavailable; if a route opens later, material will need its own provenance and assessment. A public issue is a custody item. Filing alone does not establish independent review, validation, or a tier upgrade.

The proposed target is 10% of an agreed eligible annual profit basis, with a lower percentage or fixed support available. Each company chooses its commitment, period and cap. The rate and demand are untested [C]; no equation establishes a financial obligation.
Know what your support enables.
Before opening financial support, we will identify the recipient and publish the programme, budget, contribution terms and reporting schedule. Sources and basic tools remain free; contributions cannot raise evidence tiers or suppress contrary results.
What must be defined before a profit commitment?
The company scope, annual profit reference before the contribution, eligible prior losses, treatment of unrealized gains, rate, finite cap, liquidity condition, payment timing, renewal and cancellation. A non-positive eligible base yields no profit-based contribution. Private financial statements are not collected on this site.
