What alternatives can be distinguished?
A route not taken, a design not built, a promise, a threat, a plan, and a scientific hypothesis can all be represented without already being actual outcomes.

How could anything—and then this moment—come to be?
Emergentism explains the architecture of Being by asking what each new kind of reality requires from the one before it. It offers a selected, revisable explanation—not proof that the universe must fit this map.
01 · Whole and viewpoint
Dasein is the whole that can be. Situated dasein is where some of it becomes actual.
The capital and lowercase forms keep two questions apart.
Dasein is the selected name for the coherent whole: everything that can exist together without contradiction, including actual worlds, possible worlds, finite viewpoints, and the limits of our accounts. It is not another object hiding behind the world.
A situated dasein is one finite bearer here: this body, history, place, set of relationships, means, models, and open decisions. It can encounter only part of the whole, from one actual present.
The dimensional atlas is one way of articulating Dasein. It cannot inventory or exhaust the whole it describes.
02 · What had to become possible
Boundary. Difference. Relation. State. History. Possibility. Nonclosure.
Plain functions come first; the D-names are addresses for revisiting them.

03 · Possible is not actual
A future can matter now only because something present represents it.
This is the firewall between D5 content and D4 causation.
What can be carried into consequence?
Bodies, time, energy, tools, access, authority, institutions, and material capability belong to the actual present.

After a declared common ordering, this chosen AND-class convention keeps the bottleneck visible: a good map without means cannot act; means without a discriminating map cannot aim. It is not a measurable product or a ranking of people.
04 · Four moves and three frames
Seven comes from the action language: four transfers plus three frames.
The owner’s ego↔collective reading is a useful interpretation. The typed form remains self↔other so every affected bearer stays visible.
These are descriptions, not verdicts. Giving can harm; taking can repair. Consent, authorization, cost, Justice, Exit, and observed consequence judge the act.

The one complete 360° turn encounters all four typed transfer sectors while rising from bottom to top.
What the turn is not
The bottom action plane carries the four transfers; the separate sphere path carries none. The axis carries the stationary frames. The turn is a selected reading itinerary, not a time law, recurrence, moral ascent, physical dynamics, or a source of seven.
The frames are read-only boundary roles, not plays, agents, arithmetic operands, or moral ranks. “Ego/collective `+` and `−`” abbreviates the full bearer-and-channel signs shown above; bare signs would collapse four moves into two. See the full projection →
The two-axis compression
Ego/self-facing taking ↔ collective/other-facing giving crosses possible/model power ↔ actual/embodied power. The four crossings are M4.
Plain-language memory aid
theft ↔ sacrifice and mental ↔ physical power are mnemonics, not verdicts or exact identities. Giving can coerce; taking can repair; Φ₅ is wider than private mentality.
Game theory is not exhausted; its basic strategic orientation is conjectured to be maximally compressed here `[C]`. In a run, “maximal” means the shortest code meeting a fixed acceptable performance level among preregistered rivals. The four cells do not replace native games, and no finite test proves unique global maximality. The test has not been run.

The temporal reading is selected, not proved. Vward means shorter-horizon, present-facing emphasis; Φward means longer-horizon, future-option emphasis. The centre removes chart tilt, not real costs. Whether it minimizes each bearer's opportunity regret or supports flow and Dharma is OVERLAY NOT RUN; specialized decisions may rationally tilt.
05 · Two different organizations of seven
The action count and the mirror geometry answer different questions.

06 · Questions and justification
The map must show where explanation ends and commitment begins.
A clear type distinction can dissolve one apparent contradiction while leaving the deeper question open.
Ask the native question first.
PQA-54 publishes 54 selected targets and starts every one at zero: none evaluated, independently reviewed, or resolved.
The candidate Type Atlas asks whether a malformed join—such as possibility treated as actuality or description treated as cause—creates part of the puzzle. It is also allowed to answer “no collision” or “underdetermined.”
Direction is not verdict.
Part→whole Contribution and whole→part Support are plain framework terms. Who pays, who benefits, consent, Justice, uncertainty, and Exit still decide whether an act is admissible.
Two bridges, never one.
Reciprocal reason-givers owe each other procedural symmetry inside that practice. Dependent and absent bearers need a separate mandate with least-restrictive care and review.
Framework-objective means stable after bearers, baseline, horizon, measure, Justice, and uncertainty are declared. It does not mean universal agreement, cosmic purpose, or stance-independent moral truth.
07 · The return
A worldview must survive what happens after you believe it.

A proposed action is oriented through one of four transfer sectors. Finity then binds the move to actual means, authorization, affected bearers, costs, horizons, and a review condition. The result is still unsigned and non-executing.
The action exit is the signature boundary.
An authorized human may commit the prepared packet, revise it, or leave it unsigned. Commitment does not manufacture the outcome: the world returns a separate receipt.
Two exits remain distinct. The action exit leaves modeled possibility for actual commitment. The worldview Exit leaves the transaction unsigned—or leaves Emergentism entirely.
