Emergentism separates directional definitions, a conditional duty inside reciprocal public reason, and a separately chosen guardianship extension. It does not derive an ought from value-free facts or establish stance-independent moral realism.

Whole to part
An actual action or institution changes the options and conditions of part i within whole H. Ethical_E(a) remains a technical alias.
A positive sign is not automatically good. Bearers, payer and beneficiary, baseline, horizon, consent, reversibility, uncertainty, Justice, Exit, and observed consequence remain separate fields.
02 · RCAB-01 · conditional constitutive bridge
If we ask one another for public reasons, arbitrary exemption defeats the practice.
The premise is explicit: reciprocal public justification is being undertaken.
Inside that declared practice, equally situated co-agents cannot coherently demand reason-governed uptake while arbitrarily denying the other bearer visibility, access to the reason, a contest path, correction and repair, or feasible lawful Exit. A relevant difference may justify different treatment, but the difference must be declared and contestable.

Reciprocal reason-giving carries procedural duties of visibility, contest, correction, and feasible Exit.
What does not follow
No shared personhood, shared consent, merged will, signing power, external authority, complete Justice, cosmic purpose, or stance-independent moral truth is created.
The adoption of reciprocal public reason remains a disclosed interpretive premise `[I]`. Hume’s general boundary remains open.
03 · GEX-01 · separate extension
Worth and care do not depend on reciprocal speech.
Dependent, absent, nonhuman, ecological, and future bearers require a different bridge.
Guardianship is a separately chosen `[I/C]` duty with a named bearer, an actual mandate source, a protected interest, narrow scope, duration, least-restrictive test, disclosed conflicts, review and appeal, revocation, restoration, and Exit. Representation is not consent. Protection is not ownership or blanket power.

Stable definitions are not yet moral realism.
The qualifier travels with every result.
Same complete inputs, same classification
The framework’s terms and rules are explicit enough to reproduce.
Independent implementations agree
This requires actual tests, not source coherence.
The ledger improves contact with consequences
Comparative prediction, hidden-bearer detection, and correction must outperform rivals.
Moral truth independent of adoption
RCAB-01 and GEX-01 neither prove nor disprove this metaethical claim.
Framework-objective means decision-stable after bearers, payer and beneficiary, baseline, horizon, measure, Justice, and uncertainty are declared. Missing inputs return UNDERDETERMINED.
05 · How this can lose
The bridge survives only by outperforming simpler accounts.
Conditional coherence is not independent adequacy.
RCAB-01 is killed or narrowed if reciprocity hides its desired conclusion, if its procedural conditions are not constitutive of the declared practice, or if simpler contractualist, discourse-ethical, constructivist, Humean, realist, pluralist, or error-theoretic accounts perform better. GEX-01 is killed or narrowed if it self-authorizes protection, fuses guardian and bearer, hides conflicts, launders harm through collective benefit, or loses to established supported-decision and fiduciary safeguards.
