THE CENTRAL INSIGHT
1.1 The Difference That Changes Everything
Religion says: "Thou shalt not." Dharma says: "Thou canst not."
The fourth operator (extractive ↓ν) is not merely prohibited. Within the enforced balance game, it is strategically dominated.
Not by commandment. Not by rule. Not by legislation.
By the payoff structure of the enforced game.
2. THE FOUR OPERATORS
2.1 The Game-Theoretic Set
On the Burri Sphere, there are four apparent moves:

3.3 Why the Ring Cannot Be Wielded for Domination
Try to use the Burri Sphere for extraction:
Attempt: Increase ν by extracting from others

Result: You lose the ground
Result: You slide south

The child does not obey the formula. The child recognizes the formula. The child says YES because the child sees that the formula points without owning the Ground.
6. THE THREE MOVES AND THE IMPOSSIBILITY
6.1 Complete Game Theory on S²
Every situation on the Burri Sphere is addressed by one of three operators:
Situation 1: φ < 1 (lost the ground) - Move: Arjuna (↑φ) - Action: Integrate meaning, recognize the ground - Result: Return to equator
Situation 2: ν < 1 (lost capability) - Move: Kṛṣṇa (↑ν) - Action: Build capability, sovereign action - Result: Return to equator

6.2 The Exclusion Is the Proof
The fact that the fourth operator is impossible is the proof that the geometry is real.
If extraction were merely prohibited, we would need an enforcer. If extraction is impossible, the geometry IS the enforcement.
The exclusion is not a bug. The exclusion is the feature that makes the system stable.

Many traditions encode a recognizable pattern of three restorative operators plus one exclusion:

The Tao Te Ching described wu wei. It did not say "ν = 1 is the maximum viable action."
